The website code, the guest data, the payments. 100% yours.
(Your content too. Your domain as well, though you registered that one yourself and pay for it directly, so it was never ours in the first place.)
Six things we run for you, every month
Here is exactly what happens. Cue the sad music.
Three groups: the good news, the still-fine news, and the honest news. All three at the same size.
Yours forever, and the plan never had anything to do with it
- The domain, which you registered and pay for yourself
- The content
- The guest data
- The code
None of these depend on the Care Plan. They never did.
Still works, on any hosting that can run it
- Your website and all its pages
- The booking engine, still taking direct bookings
- The admin dashboard
- The content editor
- The booking and revenue reports built into the admin
Your booking engine is part of the site you own. It doesn't switch off.
Switches off, and here is the honest list
- The guest AI assistant
- The admin AI assistant
- The OTA sync
- Live reporting that draws on those services
- Priority support
- Our managed hosting, once the 12 months included with your build have run out
Those six run on servers and accounts we pay for every month, so they switch off when the payments do. We'd rather write that sentence on our own website than have you find it out on a Tuesday.
The Care Plan runs month to month after the first three. If you stop it, your website and your bookings keep running. You own them.
Every customer on this list is yours to bring back, for free.
Book through Agoda and the guest is theirs. Book through your own site and the guest is yours.
If you ever leave, our side of the handover is technical: your code, your uploaded files and a database dump, which any developer can work with. The readable copy is the one you exported yourself, which is why the habit is worth starting now.
Leaving is a technical job, not a permission slip.
You own the code, so any host that can meet two conditions can run it.
Run it. Your site is a real application with a booking system inside it, so the hosting has to be able to run that, not simply serve pages.
Be secure enough for your guest data. Real names and real contact details live in there, and they belong to people who trusted your hotel with them.
We hand you that list before you decide, not after you've signed up somewhere. Take it to any host or developer you like and they can tell you straight away whether they can run it.
If you'd rather we did the move ourselves, that's a separate paid service and we quote it before we touch anything.
Keep the site online without the plan around it.
For the owner who wants the website running and direct bookings coming in, and nothing else on top.
Your build comes with 12 months of managed hosting from launch. After that first year you can stay on our servers for ₱2,500 a month, with the Care Plan parts switched off.
All prices here are exclusive of VAT. It's added at the rate the law requires and shown as its own line on your invoice, so you can always see what's our fee and what's the tax.
The minimum terms, the notice periods and the full wording all live in the Terms, in the same plain English as this page.
Read the TermsThe ones owners ask before they sign
Do I own my hotel website, or am I renting it?
You own it. The build is a one-time payment, and the content, the guest data and the code are yours outright from launch day. Your domain is yours too, though we can't take credit for that one, because you register it and pay for it yourself. That ownership doesn't depend on the monthly Care Plan, on how long you stay, or on how you leave. The Care Plan is a separate monthly service that runs specific pieces for you, and stopping it doesn't take your website away from you.
What happens if I stop paying the Care Plan?
Three things happen at once. First, the domain, the content, the guest data and the code stay yours permanently. Second, your website and all its pages, the booking engine still taking direct bookings, the admin dashboard, the content editor and the booking and revenue reports built into the admin all keep working, on hosting that can run them. Third, six things stop, because they're running on servers and accounts we pay for every month: the guest AI assistant, the admin AI assistant, the OTA sync, live reporting that draws on those services, priority support and our managed hosting. The Care Plan runs month to month after the first three.
Does my booking engine stop working if I cancel?
No. It's part of the website you bought and own, so it keeps taking direct bookings after a Care Plan ends, on hosting that can run it. What stops is the OTA channel sync, which is a Care Plan service, so your Agoda, Booking.com and Airbnb calendars, and Traveloka on the Hotel tier, stop updating automatically. Direct bookings on your own site carry on.
Who owns my guest data?
You do, permanently, and it doesn't depend on the Care Plan. Your guest data sits in your own dashboard with an export button you press yourself, any time you like. We keep that button working and keep the data safe while it's held on our servers. We don't run exports on an owner's behalf, at exit or at any other point, because it's your data and your button.
How do I get my guest list out?
You press the export button in your own dashboard, and it's there from launch day rather than only at the end. If you ever leave, our handover is technical: your code, your uploaded files and a database dump. Your own export is the readable version, which is why it's worth doing before you need it.
Can I move my website to a different host?
Yes. You own the code, so you can take it elsewhere. The new hosting has to be able to run the site, because it's an application with a booking system inside it, and it has to be secure enough for your guest data. We publish that requirements list and give it to you before you decide, so you can check it with any host or developer first. If you want us to carry out the move, that's a separate paid service and it's quoted before any work starts.
Is there a contract, and what are the minimum terms?
Yes, and they're all here. The build is one payment split 60 percent before work begins and 40 percent on launch. The Care Plan has a three month minimum and then runs month to month. Hosting only is ₱2,500 a month, available after the first year. Social Media Content, which is a separate optional product, has a six month minimum. The full wording is in the Terms of Service.
Ready to see what it costs?
Every number is on one page, with what's one time and what's monthly marked clearly. Nothing on it changes a word of what you've just read.
